I just bought a frame for my portrait and the frame has a white backdrop but the paper the portrait is on is not a true white; it’s more of a beige color and looks terrible on the white backdrop in the frame. I wish the paper used was actually a true white.
I purchased a custom portrait for my friend for her birthday, but when I received it, I couldn’t even tell it was my friend or her dog. I was so impressed with the examples on the website, but the one I received did not impress me at all. I’m not very excited to give this to my friend anymore, but hopefully she’ll still like it and can tell it’s of her and her pet. Great idea for a product, but fell short of my expectations.

How long is the turnaround time?
Your pet portrait will be completed within 3-5 business days and shipped immediately after.
What portrait sizes do you offer?
We offer 3 portrait print sizes: Small (5.5” x 8.5”), Medium (8.5” x 11”), and Large (11” x 17”).
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of the portraits, all sales are final.
Can I get the digital file?
Yes! Select "Digital Only" and we will email you the design file once the portrait is complete. If you would like a complementary portrait, make a note of it at checkout.
Can you design my next tattoo?
Yes! We would love to be a part of your tattoo journey! Since we are not tattooers, you will receive the tattoo design file to send to your tattooer of choice. Don't forget to tag us! We'd love to see the finished tattoo!
Do you do multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes! We can draw up to 3 pets within one pet portrait.
